The design is a masterclass in Modern Dark Minimalism, centered on the concept of “Monolithic Warmth.” Rather than treating a home as a collection of separate rooms, this project utilises a singular, continuous material palette to “wrap” the interior, creating a cocoon-like sanctuary that feels both expansive and protective.

 

By blurring the lines between architecture and furniture, the residence achieves a rare level of visual silence, allowing the inhabitant to disconnect from the external world the moment they step through the door.

 

The core theme of the project focuses on a monolithic interior, Deep walnut laminates with vertical grain-matching extend across walls and corridors.

To maintain an unbroken visual flow, bedroom and bathroom entrances are designed as concealed portals—flush-mounted doors that disappear into the paneling when closed.
