This project embodies a modern contemporary home with a warm luxury sensibility, where clean lines and a restrained palette are elevated through rich materials, layered textures, and thoughtful lighting. The design adopts a dark modern minimalist approach, focusing on clarity of form while introducing depth and warmth through carefully curated finishes.

 

In the bedroom, the feature headboard wall with vertical fluting adds rhythm and texture, enhanced by subtle integrated lighting that creates a soft, ambient glow. Built-in side tables and shelving are precisely detailed to maintain a clean, cohesive look while offering everyday functionality.

 

The material palette is intentionally rich yet balanced. Deep walnut tones and dark laminates are paired with fluted glass and expressive stone surfaces to create contrast and visual interest. In the bathroom, large-format dark marble tiles with natural veining introduce a bold, moody character, softened by warm lighting and recessed niches that add both function and atmosphere. Fluted glass partitions allow light to filter through while maintaining privacy, reinforcing the material-driven design language across spaces.
